Swaans sells new one-trip and graded used shipping containers for sale throughout England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, released from UK depots close to the main container ports. Quotations are issued in pounds sterling with the delivered price shown separately from the ex-depot price.

Delivery and Placement

Mainland deliveries run on HIAB crane lorries for tight sites and on tilt-bed vehicles for open ground. We confirm access width, overhead clearance and turning space before the vehicle is booked.

Certification and Local Rules

Containers carry CSC plating and, for used stock, a written condition grade — cargo-worthy, wind and watertight, or repair grade. Siting a container on private land is usually permitted development, but listed and green-belt sites should be checked with the local authority.
